Litho print
We can help create your original artwork, or you can supply your artwork direct to our repro department ready to go straight to print. Using direct-to-plate technology saves time and money. We run Heidelberg 4 and 6 Colour presses up to B2 size. Reprints can be quickly actioned for urgent re-mailings or reminder campaigns and short notice run-ons are easily arranged should your mailing quantity increase. Speed of workflow is a major benefit of having the repro, printing and mailing all under one roof.
Digital colour
Digital quality is virtually indistinguishable from litho, and is used on shorter runs and where personalisation is required. Every copy of a run can be different - personalised to a name, for example - in colour, anywhere in a document. Without the need to produce films or plates, it's cost-effective and maximises creative flexibility.
Inkjet print
Most direct marketing campaigns involve tight deadlines and demand fast turnaround, which is why we offer inkjet printing as a quick and efficient form of personalisation and direct addressing. High-speed inkjetting matches the speed of industrial production, so that mailings are personalised and completed within deadline. Our machines can personalise leaflets, envelopes and even address polythene. A wide range of fonts and sizes are available which can be adjusted to fit the size and position of the address details. The print quality allows high resolution of text, which means information, can easily be read.
Envelope supply and overprinting
We can provide a range of enveloping solutions at a very competitive price, whether you are looking for a generic envelope or a more bespoke approach.
Finishing
The impact of printed material can be reduced if the standard of finishing lacks quality. That is why we view finishing with such importance. CMM offers a wide range of finishing solutions either machined or by hand.
