From instruction through to realisation, our production teams adhere to strict quality control procedures which include batch checking on material and quantities throughout the mailing process, regeneration of spoils and full reconciliation.

Polywrapping

Polywrapping is fast, efficient and cost effective. Being light in weight, helps to keep mailing costs down. It can either be clear, overprinted with address details or colour co-ordinated with the enclosed mailing. Our versatile production methods mean that we can wrap non-standardised items and packs ranging from A6 to A3 in size.

Envelope enclosing

Whether your mailing uses pre-overprinted full colour envelopes, or requires a bespoke envelope with an unusual window placement, CMM can offer a fast and effective enveloping and enclosing solution. We can direct address envelopes in a wide range of fonts and sizes from supplied data. You can even add a return address and choose where you would like the recipient?s address to be positioned.

Hand enclosing

Sometimes there may be an element of a project that can only be done by hand. This could be something as simple as affixing an item to a particular page in a magazine or catalogue or as complicated as preparing multiple insert packs. Our various teams of bench workers are specially trained to fulfil this type of work. We can collate complex mailings and mail match each item allowing personalisation throughout.

This service is ideal for low-volume mailings, page-specific inserts, promotional inserts and individual picking lists.

Finishing

We can fulfil any finishing requirements, large or small, ranging from binding and laminating to saddle-stitching and trimming.
